This app provides template structure created by users for journals and documents before posting

It is not possible to use standard definitions for the descriptions of journal vouchers posted in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Users manually specify the journal voucher descriptions in the created documents. However, manually writing the descriptions in multiple data entries wastes time for users.
Posting description templates are the section where the format in which the general journal description will be created on the basis of document types is defined. As a result of the definitions made, the description of the journal resulting from the postings made from the documents is automatically created according to the definition made.
Posting description templates standardize the explanations of the resulting general ledger entries and provide convenience to the users when examining the accounting records.

This app supports both the Essential and Premium editions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Kullanıcılar oluşan belgelerde yevmiye fişi açıklamalarını manuel olarak kaydetmektedir. Ancak çoklu veri girişlerinde açıklamaları manuel yazmak kullanıcılara zaman kaybettirmektedir.
Deftere Nakil Açıklama şablonları, belge türleri bazında yevmiye fişi açıklamasının hangi formatta oluşacağının tanımlandığı bölümdür. Yapılan tanımlamalar sonucunda belgelerden yapılan deftere nakiller sonucunda oluşan yevmiye fişinin açıklaması yapılan tanıma göre otomatik olarak oluşturulur.
Deftere Nakil Açıklama şablonları oluşan yevmiye fişlerinin açıklamalarını standart hale getirerek, muhasebe kayıtlarını incelerken kullanıcılara kolaylık sağlamaktadır.
